On a characteristic p version of a theorem of J. Dixmier

Dixmier proved in 1958, that the center of the enveloping algebra of a finite dimensional Nilpotent Lie algebra over the complex numbers, is a unique factorisation domain.We shall consider here the char.p analog of this theorem. We'll describe the broader context which suggests the validity of such a result, and finally indicate how the result is actually proved.
