The following observation may be known to some experts and/or might have appeared in some publication, but I am not aware of such. In any case, it refute a conjecture by which any generating matrix of any good code has high rigidity.
I proposed this conjecture to Zeev, and he came back immediately with the counter-example that is presented HERE.
