Animating GemCell Using Generic Reactive Animation

Each one of the cells in the animation is driven by the GemCell platform, as described in the related paper. The cells respond to factors in their vicinity by moving, differentiating, proliferating or secreting other factors.  Cell behavior is visualized at the 2D animated Front-End in different manners. For example, the background of cells changes its color to indicate secretion of factors. (Refresh this page to run again the clip below).
