Various publishers are starting to be concerned of the issue of copyrights regarding the Web. I do not know what is the current legal situation and thus see it fit to make the following warnings.

The documents available from my homepage are provided as a means to ensure timely dissemination of scholarly and technical work on a non-commercial basis.
