BIOMOLECULAR PROCESSES AS CONCURRENT COMPUTATION: SPRING 2001
In this interdisciplinary course, given at the Weizmann Institute’s Feinberg Graduate School in the Spring 2001semester, CS and biology graduate student learned modeling, programming, and simulation of biochemical and molecular processes using the pi-calculus and BioSPI. The course included frontal lectures, programming/simulation exercises, and final multidisciplinary team projects.
