Results:
All results are in the following format:
Sequence 1 |
Sequence 2 |
Before Alignment |
After Alignment |
- "Sequence 1" and "Sequence 2"
are raw input sequences.
- "Before Alignment" is superposition of the two input
sequences (red and blue bands from the sequence-1 with the green band
from sequence-2).
-
"After Alignment" =
superposition of the two sequences
after alignment (red and blue bands from the sequence-1 with the green
band from sequence-2).
