PATHWAYS ON THE WEB
A
growing number of bioinformatics resources and projects are dedicated to
biochemical pathways and processes.
Several
formal representation languages have been suggested, including the pi-calculus,
and various databases of signal transduction and metabolic pathways are being
developed. Collaborative consortiums coordinate some of these efforts.
